During the Meeting it was stressed that the subject of the Bill (Reg. №2396) regulation stipulates non-state emigration services that is the activity of juridical and natural persons that is not connected with the accomplishment of power authority and facilitate the departure of the natural person abroad or their temporary stay abroad.
In Particular the Members of the Committee stressed that the principles of the Bill spread on the activity of the subjects who supply services in the tourism, sport, scientific, cultural, religious, trade unions and political spheres of activity
The People´s Deputies stressed that in European System of Laws the consumer protection in the sphere of tourism is regulated by the Directive of European Council № 90/314/ЄЕС from 13th of June 1990 on complex tourism, complex recreation and complex tours.
According to the Committee´s Conclusion the principles of the Bill does not contradict with the norms of European Union System of Laws.
